If you’re an athlete wanting to get better, Bodies Performance will support and guide you to your better version of yourself.
You supply the commitment and we’ll supply the technique and knowledge for your perfect program.
All session will be at Golden West J.C. football field address: GWC 15645 Gothard St, Huntington Beach.
*Each athlete will have access to their workout via their smartphone, where they can record and track and share their progress throughout the 8 week program.
Speed & Agility:
Almost immediately, you will see improvement in:
- explosive starts
- running form (coiling)
- footwork and technique
You will also see improvement in your ability to:
- understand and execute an explosive first step
- running mechanics
- technique on planting and changing directions,
- top end speed
- Improve Vertical Jump both SL & DL (single leg and double leg)
If you are fast, we’ll make you faster.
